Dr. Srinivas Kancharla is a highly respected Medical Biochemist, graduated from the Post Graduate Institute of Basic Medical Sciences, Chennai. He has made significant contributions in scientific research on nutrition and diet-related factors that cause changes in lifestyle disorders.
He is an associate of the Quality Council of India – a Qualified Assessor for the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals (NABH-HCO) and the National Accreditation Board for Laboratories (NABL). He is a committee member of NABL Accreditation.
Dr. Kancharla has dedicated his career with vast experience in healthcare organizations – both healthcare organizations (HCO) and clinical diagnostics industry. As an administrator, he uses digital technology in telemedicine activities and incorporates artificial intelligence in the medical field.
With over 40 years of experience, he has served as a consultant and administrator in numerous corporate hospitals, academic institutions, and diagnostic centers. He is a recipient of the National Talent and ICMR scholarships.
Dr. Kancharla has conducted extensive research on nutrition and dietary impacts on health and coronary heart diseases. He has also been involved in epidemiological studies and participated in ICMR-led health camps.
Making use of digital technology, he has experience in home care services and innovative business models in the health industry. He is involved in rendering health activities through mobile hospitals and diagnostic labs to rural populations.
He has experience in shaping hospital projects and diagnostic centers in the capacity of designing, managing, and implementing quality processes. Dr. Kancharla was a member of the paramedical board involved in framing and implementing curricula activities. He has mentored, trained nursing and paramedical students by establishing respective institutions and boards.
He has audited more than 300 clinical hospitals and laboratories across India in implementing Quality Management Systems as per the required guidelines.
